Coalface Dialogue About Us

Coalface Dialogue is a sales and leadership consultancy based in Singapore. For our clients ‘at the coalface' we work closely with you to help you to COMMUNICATE persuasively, NEGOTIATE better outcomes, and EXECUTE business initiatives.

Since 2002 we have trained and facilitated hundreds of interventions in 20 countries. From the outset we specialized in sales and negotiations and then in 2006 a number of initiatives pointed towards the same conclusion - that today's leaders must excel in dialogue to succeed. Around the same time feedback from clients in Asia confirmed that sales and leadership were the two key areas with the greatest need to improve and many referred to a crisis in leadership. Consequently, since 2006 we have added several programmes and initiatives to address specific client needs around sales and leadership.
