Advanced Negotiation and Influencing

This intensive session is for professionals who must lead, guide or conduct complex negotiations or are change agents/coaches in organisations that require the development of influencing strategies to change entrenched attitudes and behaviours.

The program will be conducted by an influencing and negotiating expert, with wide commercial experience, from ENS International. ENS International is a world-wide consultancy specialising in negotiation and influencing. The acclaimed ENS method has been successfully applied for over 30 years in more than 50 countries. Our clients include some of the world's largest companies.
Special note: This program is intended for those who have previously completed ENS training.
The 2-day Advanced Negotiation and Influencing course builds on and develops the skills covered in earlier programs. To qualify for this program, participants should have completed the classic 3-day Developing Effective Negotiation Skills, 3-day (2+1) Professional Negotiation and Influencing, or 4-day (2+2) Strategic Negotiation and Influencing program or ENS training of a similar level. Under special circumstances the 1-day ‘bridge’ program is an alternative.

In-house and Customized Negotiation Skills Programs
We continue to offer 2-day, 3-day and 4-day programs in-house. The 4-day Strategic Negotiation and Influencing program can be run either as 4 consecutive days, or as 2+2 days with a 'learning gap' providing a chance to practice.
What happens if you dont have enough people to make up a full workshop? We also offer workshops on a ‘code-share' basis, meaning we will initiate program for a particular location when we receive a few requests from organisations interested in sending 3 or more participants but unable to justify an in-house workshop by themselves.
