After 30+ years of running the classic 3-day Developing Effective Negotiation Skills (DENS) public programs in Asia, starting from 2015 we are offering a series of 2-day Advanced Negotiation and Influencing public programs; first in Singapore, and then to progressively roll-out across South Asia. This is to minimize your time out of the field and provide more flexibility.
There are 3 modules in the Advanced Negotiation and Influencing series:
- Professional Negotiation (Module-1) – Build your negotiation and influencing capabilities; apply the ENS Process Framework to best achieve your objectives and goals
- Strategic Negotiation (Module-2) – Extends and builds on Professional Level; employ the ENS Systematic Preparation Framework to develop and manage your negotiation strategy
- Expert Negotiation (Module-3) – In-depth coaching and mentoring; become an expert in applying ENS Frameworks in complex negotiation and influencing scenarios
